It’s official. Jeff Bezos has taken time out of his busy schedule — checking out his new deltoids, implants-shopping with his new wife, hanging out with his new friends (fabulous-people Eurotrash), sucking up to Trump — in order to gut the Washington Post, sacking about one third of the staff, while ditching sports and books entirely. Sometimes, when people can’t take care of their babies, they leave them in front of firehouses, so that the children have a fighting chance in more capable hands. But Bezos, who clearly can’t take care of his baby, would rather lop off one limb after another, and let it bleed out. He’s destroying one of the greatest newspapers in journalism history. And he probably could’ve saved all those jobs with just the $75 million bribe he shelled out to find favor with the Dear Leader, financing what I argue is the worst film ever made (or at least the worst I’ve ever seen), Melania. Does Bezos have a lick of shame? That’s a rhetorical question.
