I watched a grandmother at Barnes & Noble hold up a bright blue book.
She asked the bookseller, “Is this Bluey? My grandson won’t stop talking about it.”
The clerk laughed. “That’s the one. Parents say it’s half the reason kids love reading now.”
The woman nodded, tucked two copies under her arm, and said, “Then I’d better keep up.”
Some people roll their eyes at children’s shows.
