Here’s the backstory. I did a deep dive into a company called Primo Brands, which runs most of the water cooler delivery for homes and gyms. It's a private equity roll-up of what used to be Nestle's water business, along with a bunch of other water companies. After mass layoffs and ‘synergies,’ service has gotten so bad since its latest big merger that customer service have become deep cynics.
