Owen Jones has decided we’re ‘headed to a dark, ugly place’. This is in reference to the Sun publishing an article claiming Lucy Connolly (who was locked up for almost a year because of a deleted tweet) was a victim of two tier justice - which she was.

Interesting. I will ignore this, coming as it is from a guy who contributes regularly to Novara, a media outlet whose other top contributors called the Oct 7 pogrom a ‘day of celebration.’ An outlet which published a podcast shortly after that racist orgy of death ended on which it was described as ‘the colonised striking back for freedom and justice’. He campaigned for Jeremy Corbyn, who invited Hamas to Parliament and called them his ‘friends…dedicated to social justice.’ I could go on.

The inversion here is almost comical. This guy and his ilk are the most ruthless, droid-like enforcers of elite progressive dogma. They’ve built careers attempting to shame and hector any dissenters against that groupthink into submission. They rail against the ‘media elites’ - they are the media elites ffs, the red guard of woke authoritarian idiocy.

This isn’t just about this one twat, he is an avatar for a broader movement who rail against supposed ‘injustice’ and ‘racism’ and ‘bigotry’ in the hyper-tolerant West while running cover for some of the most truly bigoted regimes and worldviews on the planet.

They should be laughed out of public life.
