I still think these lawsuits will likely end up in the Supreme Court and hence, it makes more sense to pay closer attention to what the Supreme Court has already indicated about their opinions on these topics. I think Moody v. NetChoice provides a good ground to gauge Supreme Court’s point of view on some of these topics.
