After slaughtering countless Iranians, the mullahs’ regime keeps committing horrific crimes. If this is how they treat their own citizens, imagine what they’d do to the rest of the world.

A new report from Iran International exposes horrifying abuses by Iranian security forces against medical workers during the January 2026 uprising. Two nurses at Tehran’s Rajai Hospital were subjected to gang rape and systematic sexual torture while detained, punished for treating wounded protesters.

The attacks left the women with catastrophic physical injuries, including the removal of parts of their intestines and uterus, and caused severe psychological trauma that drove them to attempt suicide. Sources say security forces extorted the victims’ families for their release, forcing the nurses to sign temporary “marriage” documents and coerced confessions clearing the regime while blaming protesters.

The report also documents security forces storming hospitals, shooting the wounded, and killing nurses in front of their colleagues. The UN and Amnesty International confirm these abuses, which coincided with roughly 36,500 deaths, reflect a systematic strategy by the Iranian regime to use sexual violence as a weapon to crush dissent and terrorize the population.
