Sometimes writing about disrupting the status bro feels like a such a Sisyphean task. I publish my rant equating tech worker conditions to indentured servitude and 30 seconds later, a founder of a mega SV darling “unicorn” posts about only hiring people who can work 996 (so, parents are out), hate remote work and must commute in SF/SEA (so, 95% of the country has been disqualified), and “astronomically high agency” (equivalent of the 2010s “maverick” archetype where going rogue and not being accountable to anyone else is celebrated).

But anyway here’s the whole rant for people who don’t think this sounds fun!
