it’s Monday again. The weekends just go far too quick don’t they?!

I’ve only recently gotten into this band but Melissa is already one of my favourite songs — it’s just beautiful.

Released in 1972, shortly after the death of Duane Allman, who died in a motorcycle accident in 1971 at just 24. He appears on much of the album, making it partly a tribute to him.
