I have a compulsive need to apologise for being quiet on Substack this week, but I have been ill.

I have seen them all, and I have loved reading your posts, I have just not had the energy to respond properly. I will be sharing the community newsletter later today, and then it will be back to business as usual.

I probably did not need a note to announce any of this, because we all need a break from being online sometimes. But I wanted to acknowledge the quiet week, and say thank you for sticking with me! 🙏🏻
