This video is the epitome of what is wrong with our food system!

We have somehow landed in a place where junk food is used to make celebrities look relatable, while fresh food is styled as luxury, like it is something you should admire from a distance rather than put in your basket. When “real groceries” become an aesthetic, it is not a cute trend. It is a warning sign.

I know a lot of us on Substack do not buy into this thinking, but we still live inside the system it creates. Fresh food should not be a status symbol. It should be normal.

Wake up, and start asking who benefits when good food is priced and marketed as something ordinary people are meant to go without.
