I have some disagreements. If the Royal Family wanted control over Harry & Meghan's overseas visits, they could have found a better way to work with them to keep them in the fold. The Sussexes are certainly allowed to travel overseas to highlight humanitarian causes. I'm not sure what stripping titles really does, nor would I think the British Royal Family wants comparisons on how they've handled Andrew vs. Harry & Meghan. Whatever you think of H&M, the protection of Andrew and the allegations against him really make the outsized coverage of H&M being a "threat to the monarchy" vs. someone alleged of SA and potential misconduct, while the U.K. trade envoy looks really bad for the Monarchy. Also, like William's trip to Saudi Arabia earlier this month, it's highly unlikely this was thrown together in 6 days in an effort to, I don't even know what the accusation is. Do it so close to Andrew's arrest? If anything, the Monarchy and large swaths of the media are probably relieved to have Harry & Meghan news to cover vs. digging deeper into how deep the rot goes with Andrew.
