Commercial. Airlines do not have enough pilots to fly their routes. Pilots have been dropping dead in and out of the airplanes. Others have permanent injuries and cannot fly any more. The industry is demanding the remaining pilots to fly outside their contracted time periods. It makes sense to hire back the pure bloods. If they did, eventually, that would be the pilot cohort.
