The past few days I’ve been on the most incredible wellness retreat with The Growth Collective.

Lots of personal branding workshops, yoga, breath work. Taking a few days from the noise of socials and being in such such an intimate setting with founders, creatives, marketers - really helped me gain a greater perspective on what I want to build with Frugal Chic®.
