Aminus3 Photography need a ruling on this shot- does ground fog count as #SMOKE?

This is our backyard when we lived in Gallatin, TN north of Nashville. It was truly idyllic in the mornings. Tons of cardinals and bluebirds, and it had the “tranquil” thing in spades. Never got a shot that showed it all. This is about 1/3, and its not even the best part. But it shows the “smoke”

We only lived there two years. I miss that yard.
