“Most of the artwork I enjoy is, or was, created by women, or by someone who identifies as one. Most of the bands and musicians I listen to are female-led. Nearly all of the photographers and authors I admire, especially from history, are women. Even now, at this point in my life, my friendships lean heavily female.
