Pennsylvania colleges (PASSHE) moving to course sharing reports Inside Higher Ed to try and control costs. Seems like a no brainer. Don't continue to be Comprehensive U. and maintain all departments with your own faculty but you can still offer students lots of courses and majors for the few on your campus that want them but where demand is relatively low.
