The Question I'm Asked Most
"How do you run three companies at once?"
Honestly? I don't think of it that way.
I don't see three separate companies. I see three expressions of the same mission:
Building infrastructure where it doesn't exist.
Pashione: Infrastructure for African fashion commerce
1App: Infrastructure for cross-border payments
Medlitics: Infrastructure for chronic disease management
Different industries. Different customers. Different challenges.
But the core problem is identical: infrastructure gaps preventing economic and social progress.
Once you solve infrastructure in one sector, the patterns become visible everywhere.
Payment rails work the same whether they're processing fashion purchases or healthcare payments.
Logistics challenges in e-commerce mirror logistics challenges in medical supply chains.
Security frameworks transfer across industries.
So the question isn't "how do you run three companies?"
It's "how do you see one problem with three different faces?"
What patterns do you keep seeing across different areas of your work?
