Only two conversations in this video actually progressed to the point where the proposal itself was revealed but there it is nevertheless:
It’s basically a confederacy model, which is a governance structure I have become quite fond of over recent months and looks like something that can work, provided BOTH sides are committed to making it work.
I do have some concerns though about both the official magazine of the CFR and this guy, being in support of this plan.
