My idea is that all elections are FULLY funded by the state with each candidate (who is obviously independent as political parties are banned) receiving a pre-set amount and that’s ALL. Everyone gets the same amount.

The money is disbursed to a bank account controlled by an independent body (e.g. electoral commission) and ALL transactions in and out are public.

The use of any other funds, including personal money is prohibited.

Fundraising is prohibited.

Accepting donations is prohibited.

Sponsorships by anyone (individuals, organisation, corporations) are prohibited.

Failure to comply and the candidate/elected representative goes to jail for a loooong time.

In addition to that, I propose that while corporations are allowed to exist, it should be stated that they have NO RIGHTS of any kind to anything.

They can’t own anything. They have no protections of any kind and their directors are personally liable for any and all actions taken by these entities.

The basic premise should be that only humans (and other living beings) have rights and NO ONE else.
