Jonathan Krinsky at BTIG is probably the most reasonable pure technicals strategist I have encountered in my professional carrier.

I always read his missives, even if I do not use the technicals much at all, because I want to know how market participants are thinking. The overall market may be more influenced by technical analysis than ever before due to the information overload, yes, but mainly due to the rise of computers and now LLMs and agents in trading.
