If some people can benefit materially more from being evil than from being good then why be good? Why should the tyrant/dictator care about sharing benefits equally if he can benefit totally, from inequality, provided the masses can be adequately pacified by his skilful manipulation? The weak have no basis for complaining about being exploited if they lack a persuasive argument why they should not be exploited. It is not enough to persuade your poor self and others like you that you deserve better; you must persuade the tyrant, or else you stay where you are, forever.
