I am scrolling through Substack Notes this morning and wondering why everyone “sounds” the same, and everyone’s little thoughts seem so voluminous and empty, and realizing that it’s because everyone is running their little nuggets of writing through AI and homogenizing their voices and thinking and frankly, that’s not just sad. It’s a quiet map of our dehumanization.
