After struggling with incontinence for decades, I had the Bulkamid Procedure today.

I found out about it quite by accident from a friend in May, and have been advocating for myself fairly aggressively ever since.

During my consultation, the doctor asked how this impacted my life, and I immediately became emotional. I guess I never took the time to even contemplate that question before. As women, we just carry on.

Long story short - I qualified (5 kids and a flapping bladder = odds in my favor)
