Make money doing the work you believe in

I’ve never been good at being the ‘tortoise’ but when your body starts to tell you its joints and ligaments aren’t what they were, I’ve set myself a long term challenge: to be able to run 5k again. It’s no biggie for many folk, and I used to do it just to shake out the stress.

Now my morning ‘run’ is 1 min walking, 1 minute jogging for 25 mins and then sitting on ‘my’ bench by the river to watch the tide come in…

And if it takes a year to be able to reach that 5k goal, so be it!
