What’s really important is that we each have to define what “showing up” means to us in friendships…and then find people whose definitions are in close alignment with ours.

They don’t have to be perfect. But they need to be in the same zip code.

Most of my friendships throughout my life weren’t…I just kept trying to make them fit. And they never really had much of a chance because the definitions weren’t in alignment.

Now I know exactly what I’m looking for and I lean in when I find it and step away when I don’t.

I do that much more quickly know than at any point in my life before now.

That’s what Radical Rebalancing looks and feels like.

It’s not easy.

In fact it’s very hard.

But if you’re #ChasingGreatness like I am, you have to go through this…right through the heart of it…there are no detours or alternate routes.
