Me?

Had a tooth extracted.

Change gauze every 30 minutes.

Ice on and off every 20 minutes all day.

Hydrocodone every 4 hours.

And amoxicillin twice a day.

Then tomorrow I add in a rinse prescription and rinse twice a day

And rinse with warm saltwater 5-6 times a day

Stitches come out July 6th.

No eating on that side of my mouth for the next two weeks. No citrus. No alcohol. No carbonated drinks. And primarily soft foods.

No gym for at least a week.

Fun times.
