I’m not sure how people are going to take this, but it comes from an honest place and that’s all that matters to me….

Women put so much effort into how they look.

To each their own and I respect anyone who puts effort into themselves.

BUT…

I REALLY hope you’re putting in that effort for YOU.

And not because your identity relies on what other people think or say about how you look.

THE EFFORT SHOULDN’T BE FOR ANYONE’S APPROVAL BUT YOUR OWN.

I’m interested in the PERSON behind the makeup, hair, clothes, etc.

I’m interested in your HEART and SOUL.

I hope you’re beautiful on the INSIDE and spend as much or more time, energy, effort and money working on that part of you.

Because that’s the part that sticks.
