As we prepare to enter the New Year, I’d like to thank people for their kindness, generosity of time and support this year. Being accused of spreading Russian propaganda by Radio New Zealand and subsequent suspicions circulated across the globe that I could be a Russian agent was a surreal and incredibly challenging experience. It was a watershed moment for me, bringing much clarity and a new direction. For those of you unaware of the story, you can find my account of it within my Substack archive, Truth Behind the Russian Edits Scandal. I’d like to thank those who stepped in to help during that period. My lawyers Deborah Manning and Simon Lamain, who steered me through the inquiry process pro-bono with such professional rigour and empathy.
