Happy New Year ACL Hub family - yes, I’m 12 days late but I’ve been thinking a lot about what The ACL Hub should feel like in 2026.

If I’m honest, I feel like the internet doesn’t need another weekly essay from a bald, old physio who thinks knee extension is a personality trait.

So I’m making a small reset this year: less blog-heavy content, more practical “use-it-this-week” stuff, more video, and a bit more community.

Here’s what I’m thinking:

1) Weekly/fortnightly research summaries (mostly video)

  • Shorter, clearer takeaways you can actually apply without needing a quiet hour and a highlighter.

2) Monthly interviews are staying

  • Selfishly, I’m keeping this going as I love picking the brains of researchers, athletes, and other expert clinicians.

3) A more collaborative and community feel

  • Each week on a Monday I’m going to prompt you for a clinical question and on the Friday I’m going to answer the top 3 questions

So.. to kick things off.

Comment below: what’s your biggest ACL sticking point right now?

Clinicians: what problems do you keep running into in the clinic?

Patients: what are you stuck on in rehab?

I hope you like the changes that I want to bring to the table in 2026.

If not, let me know what I can do better to suit your needs. 'I’m 100% open to suggestions

Thanks as always for being here!
