A testosterone booster isn’t as harmless as the internet wants you to think.

One large study found that recent exogenous testosterone use was associated with about 2x the odds of a first ACL tear.

The biggest risk signal was in the first 6 months after supplementation.

It stayed elevated at 12 months (1.94x) and 24 months (1.85x) too.
