With the number of statewide GOP officials running for governor of Ohio it seems there is a great opportunity for Democrats in the state to make progress in winning these posts. With the coming backlash against Trump and his appointees and policies this may be the best prospects for a Democratic comeback in the Buckeye State in decades.
