What would be your recommendation for training to avoid "Tunnel Vision" during high stress situations?

Thanks for all you do. You are a blessing to those that will pay attention. We are in the process of putting together a Safety Team, and I can see it's not an easy task. After listening to several different presenters in this field, I consider you to be my go to authority on the subject of church security. I appreciate your advice.
