A friend of mine once had a moment of exasperation with his little voice-in-a-box. In his case she's named Siri. "Siri," he said, "Up yours!" Siri responded, in her gentle ladylike voice, "Now, now, Bill--"

They have spyware, so we should have spyware!

It sounds as if we have a government of power-mad (and power-using) paranoids, therefore encouraging us to be paranoid.

This is no way to live!
