On October 7, 2023, scenes showed crowds cheering and celebrating in the streets of Gaza after Hamas invaded Israel and committed a massacre. Those celebrations followed the killing of Jews. So why is this never mentioned by those who take the stage to defend Palestinians? Why have pro-Palestinian activists not condemned the rapes, torture, slaughter of civilians — women, men, children, the elderly — and the taking of hostages perpetrated by Hamas terrorists?
