We really do need skyhigh immigration rates as demographic ballast for the Grey Tsunami, but targeting citydwelling professionals is causing too much collateral damage to the housing market. We should be poaching farmers and Oil & Gas workers from Europe, India, South Africa, and just about anywhere else that has pissed off rural populations.”
