The biggest changes to manage PMDD for me personally have been (with bold most effective!)
Lamotrigine mood stabiliser (Psych prescribed)
Vitamin B6 and Magnesium Glycinate (over the counter at pharmacy)
Nature and nervous system regulation tools
Support with child minding / stress management or TV use and car naps
Second to that:
Therapy (telehealth and free)
Protected Time alone
Noise cancellation headphones and music/podcasts
In the past pre kids - some contraceptive pills helped with ovulation suppression
Sending lots of love to anyone being personally victimised by their own biology in luteal phase 🫶🏾
