I sometimes buy nice smelling cleaning products, or watch YouTube clean with me videos or just ignore and wait until my husband nags me to sort out the mess.

As a mum, I have lowered expectations or more so, I feel permission to be messy that I never had before in the eyes of society.

It can be done with ADHD. If you’re ready.. if not.. that’s okay. It can go in the too hard basket or laundry baskets.
