What you consume, you become:

• The books you read.

• The content you watch.

• The people you spend time with.

• The thoughts you feed your mind.

Choose wisely.

sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.

Uncommon advice:

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

Then the right path will reveal itself.

People.

They’ll lose their minds over a delayed train, snap over a slow barista. Let a spilled coffee ruin their day.

But when it comes to the big stuff, staying in the wrong job, letting their dreams die quietly. Wasting years on auto pilot.

Nothing. No urgency. No reaction.

We treat small problems like emergencies and the real emergencies as background noise.

Why do we do that?

"Vaccine" killed 3.5X more Americans than COVID virus

I asked a friend who recently had a heart attack to ask her doctor if she thought the covid vaxxes caused her heart attack. Without a moments hesitation, the doctor responded “yes”. Many more doctors appear to be waking from their long sleep. Thank goodness.

The odds that hundreds of thousands of highly trained medical professionals got "The Wool Pulled Over Their Eyes" is highly unlikely. I think they believe they are better or smarter than the rest of us. I believe that they simply went along with the PLANDEMIC to help rid the early of ignorant eaters whom they are tired of serving. I believe they are disgusted by what the see coming through their practices and they just don't care because they don't want to lose their medical licenses. Shame on …

You’re wrong. Many may have questioned the vax along the way, side effects, or mandated protocols, but MANY doctors don’t have time to research & resist the pull of conforming. They weren’t dealing with Covid issues 24/7, in normal practices. They still had ear infections, chronic diseases like diabetes to diagnose, and so many more random illness in patients. Most doctors weren’t consumed with the daily pressure of Covid questioning. There are a lot like normal citizens in work mode; just gett…

They have to research everything before use. It's their job and duty. Do no harm?
