I love food history and how so many different cultures have influenced our food culture in the US. It is something to celebrate our amazing diversity. It has enriched our country in multiple ways is my personal opinion same with music art etc. It is part of the human story where you learn to adapt and grow as a human beings. It is those outside influences that create change. 😊
