Rachel Maddow tonite showed a memorandum from Merrick Garland dated 8 Weeks ago advising all DOJ employers to consider the sensitivity of election time prosecutions. Perhaps Trump has seen this, which refers to Barr's notice while he was director that the DOJ should not investigate those campaigning.
Garland appears to be proving he should have remained a judge, because "man of action" is not what you think of when you consider him.
The mills of God grind exceeding slow, but they grind exceeding fine. A judge knows that all the facts must be in order before prosecution can be brought.
Appearing dilatory could rather be he is slowly, deliberately and meticulously building a case. Let everyone think he is uncertain and them slam tfg and buddies with indictments.
