Flawriduh is #1 for disenfranchised voters with 1.5 million because of Felony conviction and/or debt repayments associated with the felony. The evil behind this is actually a holdover from Post Reconstruction and Jim Crow to prevent Blacks from ever having the right to vote. Even more nefarious is that it is next to impossible to find out just what one owes and how to pay it.
A felony conviction in Florida is akin to indentured servitude.
