My body: nausea, change in appetite, right at that tinge point of tears starting, and noticeable fatigue

Just a gentle reminder to check in with your mind and your body. My mind isn’t wrong! But my body isn’t wrong either.

ps ways I’m supporting myself: yin yoga, less caffeine, rest when able, stretching, mindful breathing, water, rhythmic eating occasions, soothing music, hugs
