Today’s Slice Repost: Yum! When I taught a semester in Fukuoka, there was a little place not far from Ijiri station snd my homestay that had incredible sautéed cabbage with grilled shrimp and chili sauce. My 7-course all-tofu meal outside of Kyoto in the bamboo forest was also interesting. However, I’ll pass on the live squid next trip. 🦑
