After being unmasked as the person / group behind websites: Groundswell, We Belong (Hobsons Pledge), Campaign Company, Free Speech Union, Is This Racist, Equal Health, Bottom Line - and many others, he’s back with a new one to trick Kiwis. This time Thomas Coughlan reports that Councillors were emailed a survey from a group called Civic Pulse. No prizes for guessing who it was really from.
