Juan Pablo Villalobos Garcia is a Portland-area illegal Venezuelan migrant and convicted s—x offender championed by the State of Oregon. In 2023, he was convicted in Washington County, Ore. for failing to report as a s—x offender. He claims to be a "human rights advocate."

I looked further into him and found he is the executive director of the LatinX Recovery Center, a 501(c)(3). He is listed on the Oregon government website as a "LatinX" community leader. Oregon, a sanctuary state controlled by Democrats, routinely protects foreign national s—x offenders, drug traffickers and violent criminals from deportation.

Oregon AG Dan Rayfield is committed to this agenda. Leftists and Antifa have gathered at the Portland ICE facility since June to attack the building to try to stop immigration enforcement.
