Portland, Ore. far-left riot suspect Mila L. Payne, a regular at the riots outside ICE, was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief and trespass at Mayor Keith Wilson's home on April 4. She allegedly hurled a glass vase at the mayor's front door.
