A member of @rallymiddletown , acting as a concerned neighbor, spotted several unmarked cars pull up as masked men got out and approached his neighbor’s home.  When confronting the masked men tensions got heated up.  Moments later, they all jumped back into separate cars and sped off. How is this even legal?
