For 2026 I decided to focus only on stocks that have attractive ownership structures.

In other words, stocks that an activist could build a controlling stake in and/or where majority owners don’t control enough votes to simply delist at a ridiculous price.

This may reduce the number of ideas, but the quality of each one will be orders of magnitude higher.
