חַג פֶּסַח שָׂמֵחַ · Chag Pesach Sameach!
Tonight we remember, not as distant history, but as present reality. The Haggadah commands: “In every generation, each person is obligated to see themselves as if they personally left Egypt.” This is not metaphor. This is memory made flesh.
The God of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya’akov passed over the blood-marked doorposts, and He has not stopped passing over. Every redemption since points back to that night, and forward to the greater Exodus yet to come.
May the same Yad Chazakah (the Mighty Hand) that shattered Pharaoh’s grip now shatter every Mitzrayim (narrow place) in your life. May He bring you out, not just from something, but into something: into covenant, into calling, into the abundance of His promises.
All of this made sure and certain in the name of our Passover Lamb, Yeshua HaMashiach, who fulfilled what every korban Pesach only foreshadowed.
“יְבָרֶכְךָ יהוה וְיִשְׁמְרֶךָ”
Yevarechecha Adonai v’yishmerecha…
Numbers 6:24–26
