Sentinel of the Fifth Sun

From the heart of the mountain, beneath the Temple of the Jaguar, the ancient mech stirred. Jade and steel grinding against each other shaking off a millennia of dust.

It had knelt in silent vigil since the fall of the Fourth Sun, forged by Mayan priests to guard the sacred balance between worlds. Now, the Fifth Sun faltered, its light dimming as Hun-Kamé, the Mayan god of death, sought to unmake the cycle once more.

The Sentinel’s heartstone, a fragment of the Sun God, ignited within its chest. Its macuahuitl thrummed with power, teeth glinting.

The Sentinel did not seek conquest, nor glory. It was a protector, forged to ensure the sun would rise again.
